Athletics!!😉❤

Hey Bloggers, 
On the 19th of November Waikowhai Primary School had our Athletics Day. We did all sorts of activities like Tennis, High Jump, Long Jump, Sprits, Shot Put, Watching Sprints, Team building,Obstacle Course, Fun Throws, 200 Meter Sprints and House Realys. It was really fun and I liked it alot. I came third in High Jump which I am really proud of. I think I did quite well at everything else. We were divided into age groups and set of on a rotation. I especially liked team building because we had to use teamwork to cross the polluted river. ( All of the rubbish that there was, was chalked on. We just crossed the concrete not an actual river.) We crossed using rubber spotts. I also loved doing High Jump.

The Last Choir Rehearsal.

The Last Choir Rehearsal at Otariki District School!!

Hey bloggers,
Yesterday Waikowhai Primary School's Choir drove to Otariki District School for our final rehearsal before the big APPA Choir show on November 16th in the Auckland Town Hall. 
We practised all of the song we had to sing for the concert. 
We sung Phantom of the Opera, Don't Cry for me Argentina, What about us, a medley from Les Miserable, and lots more. 
Over all I think there is about 12 or 13 different songs for us to sing. 
Our choir trainer Miss Mcgrath is one of the main conductors and she is really nice. 
For some of the songs we sang we even had ukulele and the drums!
All of the school choirs together sounds really good!
